These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern sales made on the Info-tdm.com website (hereinafter "the Site"). By placing an order, you accept these conditions in their entirety.
To place an order, select the desired training plan, indicate the desired quantity of training codes and enter your contact details. Then finalize the transaction by proceeding to payment. Orders are processed quickly in order to send you the access information to our online training.
Payment is made via the PayPal service. You can pay for your order by credit card or bank card. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make the payment; simply choose the "Continue as guest" option.
Info-tdm.com reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased by a person in a given order, at our discretion. In this case, we will contact you to inform you.
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical or administrative errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after the order has been placed. In the event of an error, Info-tdm.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for the item in question. The customer will be informed of the error and the measures taken before the order is processed.
The training codes ordered are delivered only by email to the address provided by the buyer when finalizing the order.
In the event of a problem with an access code, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Used codes cannot be refunded or replaced.
Our training codes are single-use and cannot be reused or transferred. The user is entitled to 3 attempts per module to successfully complete the training. After these attempts, a new code will be required to resume training and testing.
